Tomato, Avocado and Coriander salad

This salad is simple, delicious and the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, fish or as a part of a salad selection such as beans and couscous

Dice tomatoes and avocado pear

Loin of freerange Lamb – grilled with rosemary and garlic

Baste your loin of lamb chops with garlic butter and tuck fresh rosemary sprigs into the curl of their tails
Season with maldon salt and freshly ground pepper
