So I present to you the extraordinary Birthday Breakfast PanCake, decorated with organic ricotta and crispy smoked bacon ribbons, and drizzled (okay drenched) with spiced plum syrup! Ladies, thank you all. It was for my favourite nephew’s 13th birthday, and he’s all the way over there in Africa, so it had to be one of his favourites – made into a ‘cake’ of course!
