Avocado, Fig and Serrano Ham Salad

This is such a quick and simple salad that it really relies on perfect ingredients. Make sure your lettuce is fresh, your avocado and figs ripe, and your Serrano ham and Balsamic vinegar of the best possible quality. Some good crusty bread would not do any harm either.
