Strawberry Cream Pancakes with Eau de Vie Syrup

Beat together 3 large free range eggs and a cup of milk
Sift 3/4 of a cup of plain flour with a pinch of salt and 1 – 2 Tablespoons of Vanielje Sugar
Beat the flour into the egg mix
