I had some leftover buttermilk in the frig and decided to search for a new recipe. When I found this recipe, I decided to give it a whirl. The bonus would be that I could use up one of the numerous lemons that my mother-in-law had brought over from her backyard tree. My kids are over the moon with them, all three, including the picky one! My husband said they taste like lemon cupcakes, Yum! Thanks for this lovely recipe, my whole kitchen smells delicious now.
