My perfect Tiramisu recipe

 
For the sponge (you can skip this bit and use Ladie’s fingers or Boudoir biscuits instead)
In a food processor put:

125g butter
125g caster sugar
2 large free range eggs
125g selfraising flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
